When you request a proposal or contact us we collect: your name, mobile number, city, place type, notes, and any photos or files you upload of your space. While browsing we collect non-identifying technical data: pages visited, device type, and traffic source (such as the ad you came from).
To contact you about your request, prepare a proposal and preliminary estimate, improve the site and our services, and measure our advertising. We may use your photo to generate proposed designs on it with AI tools, shown to you only.
The site may use measurement tools from platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and Google to understand ad performance. They rely on cookies and technical identifiers; we do not send them your name or phone number. You can disable them in your browser or in each platform's privacy settings.
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. It may reach service providers working on our behalf only (hosting, AI image tools, measurement tools), to the extent needed to deliver the service.
We keep request data while the conversation is active and for as long as needed to complete the work and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. You may ask for deletion at any time.
You have the right to know what we hold about you, correct it, request deletion, and object to marketing use. Contact us via WhatsApp or the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS); your photos and data are stored on servers with restricted access limited to authorised staff.
