Clear answers before your project begins
The questions that come up most, covering cost, design, delivery and maintenance.
What does developing a rest house cost?
It depends on the area, the scope and the materials. The estimator gives an initial range; the final price follows a site visit.
Can I develop only part of the space?
Yes — a specific phase such as seating, flooring or planting can be delivered on its own, based on your priority.
Do you provide a design before building?
Yes. Once we have your photos and selections, our team prepares a proposal showing the layout and expected look before work starts.
Is the proposal an engineering drawing?
No — it's an initial design proposal showing layout, look and proposed works. Final drawings and dimensions are approved before construction.
Do you supply trees, plants and irrigation?
Yes. Supply, planting and irrigation are all included, sized to the project.
How long does the work take?
It depends on scope. Partial projects can take days; full projects run several weeks.
Do you offer maintenance?
Yes — recurring maintenance plans are available, based on the plants and systems installed.
Which cities do you serve?
Served cities appear in the request form, and we confirm availability before the visit.
How do I get the proposal?
Upload photos of your space, choose the work you need and send the request. Our team reviews it and comes back with a designed proposal.
